Crafted from single-estate Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, this high-proof blanco is made using traditional methods — agave slow-cooked in stone ovens, fermented with wild yeast, and double-distilled in small copper pot stills. Bottled unfiltered by hand at the source, Nocturna is a raw, terroir-driven expression that captures the character of the land and season in which it was made.
